Fear of death, and the afterlife?

You're gonna have to live in the moment, everyone can see the shadow of death in the corner of their existence, you just have to forget about it and enjoy life, plenty of time to think about death when you're dead, if there is an afterlife that is (and if there isn't, why worry? you're just wasting precious time!).
