Whats the difference between a summary, a paraphrase and a direct quote?

i'm doing a research paper on michael jackson and i don't know what all of these mean? i need 3 summaries(2 sentences), 10 paraphrases, and 2 direct quotes. i have articles on Michael jackson but i'm confused!?! HELP!!! or i'm calling 911! >=[
