Why isn't there any sugar free canned apricots available?

My sister is a diabetic, and she loves canned apricots. For awhile we were able to find in either lite syrup or with Splenda. Now, all that is available are in heavy syrup. She might as well eat a couple of tablespoons of sugar!!!
