Could this be a cold or my allergies?

I live in VA and right know the pollen count is very high then normal. My symptoms are stuffy nose, congested sinus, sore throat. The thing is i don't have a fever because my temperature is 97.1 Fahrenheit. I lately have been having itchy red eyes and a lot of sneezes. Could this be a cold or possibly my allergies reating?
