If you ask for it will Dunkin Donuts give you cream and sugar on the side?

Every single time I go to Dunkin Donuts they never make my coffee right even if I speak in English or Spanish they NEVER do it right. So I wanted to know if they offer cream and sugar on the side this way I can make it myself because they never seem to be able to do so.
