I need 10 rules for a utopia I have to make that is for an anarchy ?

Ok, so for a school project we had to do over the summer, we have to make a utopia with likes rules and stuff. I need only two more things, I need 10 rules and a name for my utopian society and the government of my society is gunna be Anarchy. So if someone could help me out with some rules and maybe a name for an anarchy that would be awesome.
