How to get rid of mange on a dog?

I have 3 dogs and one is in heat. well as you may know that other dogs come. well one came and it looks like it has been wiped many times. and it has mange down its back. well i called the vet to see if they could get some one to come get it. they said they could not so we are stuck with it until monday and i want it to feel better. so i need to know how to get rid of the mage until someone comes and gets it. we have walked around the road and know one knows who the dog belongs to. so i want to at least make it feel a better. SO HELP!!!
