HEY GUYS PLS HELP PLSSSS?

hii i am a 19yr old girl have been in alot of pain ,,, i have pain in my hands, shoulders, neck , knees , calf muscles, wrist , fingers, nd ya got really really bad headaches every single day , nd got alot of neverousness, tension , nd anxiety , i get pain as soon as i wake up in the mornin,,, i just cant bear cold weathers they make my condition worse , i have done some tests the reports were fine my esr was 25mm , nd RA factor 19uml,,, haemoglobin 12,,, consulted the doc she said its due to anxiety gave me meds but didn work out ,, then consulted another doc he said its on the start of arthritis,, finally consulted a specilaist rhumeatoligist pls forgive me as my spelliin is wrong she said its fibromyalgia??? now m totally confused whts the prob ??? m really irriated cos it just doesn seem to get better pls help me thnks alot
