Can you use "All Natural" pepper spray to make food spicy ?

I have been a pepper enthusiast for the past decade or so, and after recently trying ghost peppers ( apparently the spiciest thing in the world ) and I have been left craving more, I read that pepper spray is substancially spicier (going by capsaicin ratings) and I was wondering if you guys thought I would be safe using "all natural" spray which I guess is made from some sort of pepper extract?
